Currently, process adjustments heavily rely on the experience of process experts and technicians. Varying skill levels cause significant fluctuations in product yield during brazing, affecting stable production, product consistency, and the company's brand image.
GETECH partnered with the manufacturer to develop a brazing furnace analysis model using the GeekMind data modeling analysis system, based on the SCADA system. By comparing multi-factor fluctuations before and after defects occur, process parameter recommendations are provided; it self-optimizes welding parameters, reducing dependence on process technicians.
