Unified Consortium QM Platform of a Panel Display Enterprise

Pain Points:
•There used to be over ten separate quality systems, the data of which were not connected. The separate systems could not match the unified mgmt. service of the whole consortium, thus hampering the launch of unified quality standards across projects and production lines.
•The many quality systems, made for the old quality mgmt. demands were insufficient in functions. Higher demands for quality systems emerged when product quality and QM standards improved.

Solutions:
An integrated quality management system (Quality in One) that runs through the whole product life cycle of research, production, supply, sales and service has been launched in the consortium. Through multi-tenant, the data sharing and isolation has been achieved. The R&D quality management module can effectively reduce the time and cost of product development, and improve the quality, reliability and safety of products.

Quality control that aims for each stage of the product manufacturing process, including the inspection planning, quality control plans, first/patrol inspections, outgoing goods inspections, statistical process control, inspection report review and evaluation, problem correction & prevention and so on. We aim to reduce the product scrap rate, cut production costs, and identify hidden problems in the manufacturing process in a timely manner.

Supplier qualifications and the raw materials they provide affect the whole process of product manufacturing. The supplier management module helps companies select and audit suppliers regularly to ensure the quality of incoming materials.

The after-sale quality module tracks and monitors the customers’ use of products. It sets reasonable VLRR&LRR targets, manages customer complaints and issues 8D reports to help companies continuously increase customer satisfaction.
